It was serendipitous to meet Susan Lomuto.She writes a beautiful, carefully curated blog on
"handcrafted excellence".
She walked into my shop and we had a great exchange. She was drawn to a piece of bark that was on display and I shared my process with her and showed her the ring it inspired. She had just scoured the beach on her retreat and collected
100s of pieces of the same bark!
