I Love my tools. They are like an old friend~ worn in a familiar way, marked by time and experience, there when and if you need them. This time of year, I love the quiet and the chill of the winter outside juxtaposed to the inside the studio, the warmth, the tunes, inspiration and play floating around as you experiment with all the tools!

My Journal

Who of you out there keeps a journal? I think I have for years and years. I sometimes have one for drawing, one for daily lists and work, and another one as a diary or just for thoughts...

This year, I've given that up and let them all be in one. I can't and don't want to separate my ideas. They just come and who knows when or how and I want to let them flow! Life is all mixed up and I wouldn't have it any other way!

I am also a letter writer, not as much as I used to be, but I still believe there is nothing better than holding a hand written, drawn, doodled letter with warm wishes from a friend in your hands.
